If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
Start your Week with the ***not-so-little miracle*** of slowing down, unwinding the mind, and discovering the stillness within.
Sometimes known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a practice of conscious relaxation that counters the swirling busy-ness of everyday life and relieves muscular, mental, and emotional tension.
Done in a comfortable, reclining position, this guided relaxation practices help you rotate your attention through your body and the various layers of the body/mind/psyche. This heightens awareness, provides easeful access to the subconscious and unconscious mind and helps you undo habitual patterns of tension, resistance and judgment.
Often we seek rest and rejuvenation through distraction, but true restoration comes with awareness, in the liminal state between sleep and waking, where the senses get a break and the subtle layers increase receptivity.
The Journey awaits you!
