If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!

Walking meditation is an integral tool of any practitioners toolbox. Learn from a movement master how to harness single-pointed concentration while walking in the field of awareness.

This class will be an introduction to utilizing a focused movement practice as an introduction to the 108 min practice.

We will start with the preliminary joint, and through exploration, learn how each joint has a role in movement and can be a potential focal point of awareness.

The methodical order of organization of our body has a potential to create a vivid experience. This practice will electrify your potential for focusing the mind. When we give the mind a complex task, there is less opportunity for mind wandering. Often, walking is a non-thinking task. When we add structure to that task with intention, awareness is profoundly altered.
