Uncovering our true nature is both a journey we can take together and a journey we take on our own. In this series, we will explore the three journeys of intelligence, confidence and compassion as a path for discovering our true nature. Each class will offer an opportunity to move, breathe, meditate, and connect in compassionate community. In coming home to our true nature, we find that we are able to connect with the basic goodness of others and we discover that can be of genuine help to this world. This meditation series is open to new and continuing students.

If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
