True Belonging: Live life through the wisdom of your body!
We spend so much of our time lost in thoughts, feeling disconnected from ourselves, each other, and the Earth. It is only in the embodied present moment, that we are home in ourselves and with each other. Utilizing safety building exercises to engage our parasympathetic nervous system (tools that you can use forever), we access joy and presence from within. Deepening through rich embodied practices, amazing music from around the world curated for over 10 years, free form and guided movement, we will discover the richness and delight in belonging to ourselves and the world. No experience necessary, all abilities and ages are welcome. All you need is a willingness to get curious and have fun, a comfy space to lie down, and a little room to get funky.
"There is a sense of the sacred when our body and mind are in the same place at the same time. Our pathway to the sacred is through the aliveness that is right here."
~ Tara Brach
