In this four week morning meditation series we will explore practices designed to nourish your body and nurture your spirit, guiding you into a deeply embodied experience of soul and soma. We will learn about our nervous systems — how they are impacted by stress and how we can regulate and reset during stressful times. Each class will off the opportunity to meditate, to move, and to discover the nourishment of meaningful connection. This meditation series is open to new and continuing students.

If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
