Anyone who has ever tried to meditate knows that one key to quieting the mind lies in a balanced body and nervous system. Have you ever desired a yoga class which combines the effects of a good bodywork session, asana and breathwork? Join Chelsey for this 4-week class series in which we will explore different somatic themes within a balanced flow. You’ll feel physically at ease and mentally reset from this class! 

Participants are welcome to weigh in on which somatic themes they would like to explore! 


Sample Schedule:


Week 1 - Backbending to ease worry and overthinking


Week 2 -  Forward folds to calm the nervous system; The bladder and kidney meridians


Week 3 - The secret link between common “problem areas” in the body (ex jaw, shoulders, hips and lower back) 


Week 4 - Creating inner fire to boost immunity and energy using the the pelvic floor and core



If you miss a session - they're recorded and available within 48 hours.

About Chelsey

Chelsey Kap is a Certified Rolfer and Advanced Yoga Instructor with over 1,200 hours of interdisciplinary training. Her aim is to help people feel amazing and empowered in their bodies while discovering their inner divinity. She first discovered Rolfing in 2013 and was impressed by its ability to effectively heal a wide range of psychosomatic issues, from back pain to poor posture, by working with the connective tissues and movement repatterning.


Chelsey completed her training with renowned faculty at the original Rolf Institute of Structural Integration (June 2017) in Boulder. She has also completed an international Rolfing apprenticeship, Scoliosis Workshop, Meridian Yoga Therapy, and Thai Massage training. Since discovering yoga at the young age of 17, she counts yoga as one of the top things she could not live without!


Chelsey aims to recognize and treat the deep underlying roots of each client’s pain by offering them the knowledge and tools they need to heal. Chelsey’s clients have seen profound and lasting improvements in their mobility, pain, posture, energy, and body awareness.
