The new moon is a beautiful time and energy to plant the seeds of intentions. Intentions are a way to create the experiences you want to have and feel without being concerned with the “how” in achieving it. It is aiming in the direction of where you want to go and trusting that which we are seeking is seeking us. 

In this workshop, we'll discuss the benefits of working with the new moon and moon cycles for self care.  Lacey will lead participants in a guided meditation to connect with desires and dreams to create an affirmation that they can use over the course of the next 28 days to experience deeper levels of well-being as the practice and commit to one act of self-care.

About Lacey

Lacey is the founder of Unscripted Heart, and is on a mission to educate and empower others to connect with their unscripted hearts through the practice of mindfulness, meditation, and compassion. She is a constant student of life and is honored to envision a world where we are all connected to our innate gifts and well- being. 

Lacey has over 20 years experience in health care as a registered dental hygienist. The last ten years of her career she has focused the majority of her continuing education on the brain, stress response and inflammation in relation to healing as well as energetic and spiritual wisdom teachings.  Being a mother of two children and going through her own healing crisis, she went on a journey to heal herself.  The Woman in the Moon course was born through that experience and inspired her to learn more about the mind-body-spirit connection as well as the moon cycles and their impact on woman’s well-being as cyclical beings. 

In 2016, Lacey underwent a 300 hr Mindfulness based Meditation Teacher Training.  This training ignited a passion to teach others mental hygiene and self- care weaving science and spiritual teachings into practical applications that impact overall health and wellness. 

She has successfully empowered thousands of lives positively with her programs and is now expanding her programs into online learning to empower many more!
