Holiday Hacks is a two-class series designed to provide you with quick & efficient yogic practices you can use to relieve stress, anger, and fatigue during the hectic holiday season. 


The first class will cover a number of three-minute breathwork sets and meditations that you can use to quickly alleviate stress and revive your mind. 


The second class will cover longer meditations designed to relax the body and reduce fatigue. 


Drawing on wisdom from Hatha and Kundalini Yoga lineages, you will learn practices that benefit your mind, body and spirit into the future.

About Sarah Andrews

As a student of yoga for more than 15 years, Sarah is passionate about helping others find awareness, healing and vitality through the powerful and dynamic practices of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. She fully believes that every person can discover tremendous physical, spiritual and emotional benefits through these yogic techniques, as she has experienced this personally in her own life. Sarah’s classes are energetic and typically incorporate energizing pranayama techniques. 


Sarah is a certified instructor in both Hatha (200RYT) and Kundalini (200RYT) Yoga. She teaches public yoga classes online and at local studios in Austin, Texas. You can find her at @atxsarah.
