Join Joseph for MORE body awareness practices informed by multiple martial arts practices. Participants will use gentle movement to help recover movement in their bodies. Each week we’ll explore a different practice designed to get you in your body. Those who have participated previously will find lots of new material and those who haven't will get to learn a lot of new fun gentle exercises.
Note the sessions are now 45 minutes.
