In this morning meditation series, we will explore four innate qualities that help us to keep our hearts open in the face of uncertainty, heartache, and change. The four immeasurables are loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. This is a fundamental teaching in nearly all yogic and Buddhist traditions that remind us that peace is possible. Each class will include Buddhist philosophy, guided and silent meditation, and an opportunity for personal reflection and discussion.
If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
