Contemplative Meditation - A Master Class
When we learn to stabilize our attention in the present moment, we can utilize that attentional stability to deepen our awareness and insight into the true nature of ourselves and our experience.
A Master Class with Kelly Lindsey

9:00 - 11:00am CT
Contemplative practice takes us deeper in our meditation. Once we have learned to stabilize our attention in the present moment, we can begin to utilize that attentional stability to deepen our awareness and insight into the true nature of ourselves and our experience. We can also begin to turn our minds towards the cultivation of qualities that we wish to cultivate within ourselves, such as loving-kindness, compassion, openness, or wisdom.
When we bring our attention to meaningful inspiration or inquiry through the practice of contemplation, we open the doorway to greater understanding of ourselves and the world, which can help us move through our lives with greater authenticity and teach meditation from a place of experiential wisdom instead of just conceptual knowledge.
Master Classes are included in the Immersion registration fee. Anyone wishing to join independently, can enjoy tiered-pricing options.Supporter pays for your registration plus scholarships. Sustainer pays for your registration. Community is the scholarship rate.
