Breath as a Bridge is an opportunity to go deeper into the ancient yogic breathing practices and meditations which are now backed by science in their incredible effects on our wellbeing and all areas of our lives.
In these 4 weeks you will be guided through a variety of simple breathing techniques you can use for the rest of your life.
From better focus and presence, to vibrant health and balance of our physical, emotional, and mental states, these gentle breath practices have the potential to create shifts that are felt and needed. These practices are beneficial on so many levels!
We’ll touch on the many benefits of the practice, and discuss how to build your own home daily practice. We will also briefly touch on the obstacles to meditation and how to overcome them, as well as other elements that can make our practice easier and successful.
Noga is a Brooklyn-based musician and yogini. While performing as a bass player is her main job, Noga has been deeply immersed in the study of yoga and meditation through the Tibetan Buddhist lens and other yogic traditions for many years. Aside from a degree in music from Berklee College of Music, she was also trained and certified as a teacher of Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, and is now in training to become a health and life coach.
Her own journey of healing and the exploration of ways to connect the inner spiritual world with the outer world for the purpose of healing and growth led her to combine her skills and create this course.
