Bodhichitta is the wish for enlightenment and the desire to reach total enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.

A Bodhisattava is a person who has generated bodhichitta within their heart and mind, a being with five distinct qualities: loving-kindness, compassion, joyful effort, equanimity (peaceful mind) and skillful means.

This series is about learning what “tools” a bodhisattva needs to develop these five qualities. We will learn meditation techniques, and practices to help to think and act as bodhisattavas.

We will also explore way to remove negativity, cultivate positivity within our minds, and develop divine pride

Ultimately, a bodhisattva helps all being be free from suffering, and achieve total happiness.

No previous experience required, only light-heartedness and an open mind.

If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
