Week 1: Effortless Deep Relaxation
2020 has been a year filled with crisis and challenge. This fuels exhaustion, stress and overwhelm. In this class we will dismantle our need to do and allow ourselves to be. Simply enjoying replenishing, therapeutic rest.
Week 2: Restore the Heart of Happiness
Living disconnected from our heart results in feelings of confusion, loneliness and despair. Discover the felt sense of spaciousness, as we explore and empower your hearts ability to magnify and inspire your life, regardless of life circumstances.
Week 3: From Chaos to Calm
In this class we will deepen our focus on increasing kindness and compassion within. Learn tools to defuse mental chatter and thought patterns that drain your vital energy. Move forward and create with more ease and engagement than ever before.
It is time to stop beating yourself up and befriend your connection within.
Each session will consist of a teaching, inquiry, Q&A and Yoga Nidra meditation.

Jen Brennan has been a restorative yoga instructor for the past 10 years and received her iRest meditation certification in 2014. She lives in the state of Colorado and specializes in pain relief and loss. She is passionate about helping people get out of pain so they have the freedom and energy to enjoy their life again.
iRest is a modern-day adaptation of an ancient practice of healing, relaxation, and well-being from the tradition of yoga. Research suggests that this form of mind-body training has measurable effects which promote deep healing, health, resiliency, and well-being. This form of meditation helps people find a place of calm, even when life is not.
Jen is also a licensed Art of Feminine Presence Teacher and is the Founder of Grow Your Life Wellness Products and Programs.
