If you cannot make it live (or wish to revisit the material), a recording will be made available about 48 hours after the session. Live attendance is preferred on Mind Oasis and is part of what we call our special sauce!
A 6-Week Series with Karuna that will take her 1000s of hours on the cushion and distill them into practical tools that you can immediately integrate into your existing meditation practice to both amplify the results and align your heart both on and off the cushion.
Each class will be an invitation to recharge your battery, recommit to your practice, and reset your intention for the week.
Appropriate for experienced and beginning meditators alike – we can all use refreshers to hone and level-up our practice!
