Each week, Founder and Executive Director will bring 30 minute guided mindfulness sessions alive via music, poetry, and inspirations designed to fill up and replenish your soul for another week of teaching. Along the way, she'll offer tips and tricks to finally engage mindfulness in a way that sticks.  You can expect helpful guidance each breath along the way.

Additionally, you can enroll (for free) to have access to daily online group meditation on Community Meditation. You show up at the scheduled time and you'll find a friendly guide and other people who are interested in mindfulness!

Leaning on the stellar instruction she has received from her teachers, Karuna designs her classes to create the type of inspiration from which you can find a meaningful and enriching life. She has amassed hundreds of hours of teaching and guiding meditation.
