When you look for the places where mind and body connect, you’ll always find them meeting at the breath. Breathing exercises allow us to find and restore balance when it seems to be missing. Join Michael for simple and effective breathing techniques for balance.

Each week, a Mind Oasis teacher offers 30 minute guided mindfulness sessions designed to bring balance to your body and mind.  You can expect to engage in gentle breathwork that you can tap into anytime throughout your day when you need to "take a breath." Learn techniques for how to make those breaths count! You'll continue to explore mindfulness tips that will bolster your own practice each day (or jumpstart a daily practice if it has been a struggle). 

Additionally, you can enroll (for free) to have access to daily online group meditation on Community Meditation. You show up at the scheduled time and you'll find a friendly guide and other people who are interested in mindfulness!
