When it comes to yoga, the pose we need the most is savasana (the final resting pose at the end of almost every yoga practice).
iRest® Yoga Nidra is like a long, guided savasana. The journey takes you through all the layers of your being - physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. You will meet and greet sensations, the breath, emotions and beliefs along the way. You will rest in your inner sanctuary of peace and ease. Your heartfelt desire will be your compass.
