The first step to having a healthy mindset is to identify the negative thoughts and/or the buried emotions blocking us from feeling good. We take positive action steps from there. 

In this workshop, Jenny will give you meditation practices and techniques you can use to identify, work with, and reprogram negative thought patterns so you can naturally shift to thinking more positively and experience inner peace. Through the practice of meditation you will learn how to take control of your thoughts and discern between those that serve you versus those that cause you suffering. 

You will learn Jenny's signature Emotional Release Method (TM) to help you identify and let go of difficult emotions.

About Jenny Fairbank, MSW

Jenny Fairbank is a yoga and meditation teacher, mindfulness therapy practitioner, Phoenix Rising Yoga therapist, and author. She received her master’s degree in social work at the University of  Pittsburgh. With almost 20 years of experience, Jenny has worked with individuals and groups teaching yoga, meditation, and the scientific practice of mindfulness through her private practice, corporate trainings, classes, and retreats. 


Jenny is a disciple of the great master Paramahansa Yogananda, who was one of the first to bring the teachings of yoga to the west and share the ancient knowledge and techniques of how to commune with the Divine. Jenny is very devoted to the spiritual practice of yoga, which she has been studying since 2005. She is passionate about helping others become empowered to awaken to their true Self by teaching spiritual practices, mindfulness techniques, yoga, and meditation to transform and uplift consciousness. Her life’s purpose is to empower others to awaken to their true Selves and transform their life. 


Jenny co-authored Companion for Life; The Foundation for Living, a second edition of Companion for Life called, Foundations for Living Mindfully, and Business Mindfulness Training eBook. She founded Mind Body Yoga in Austin, TX in 2010 and was co-CEO and co-founder of Cornerstone Mindfulness, LLC from 2012 to 2017. She is now leading her new wellness venture in the Texas Hill Country, Ruby Retreats, LLC.
