5-Day Yoga Challenge

Allison Joy guides fun yoga sequences accessible for all levels. The practice is guided by the breath. Each session will finish with a meditation and daily journal prompts will be offered for you to integrate the body, mind, and spirit. 

Even if you have never practiced yoga before, we will learn and grow together. Yogis with an established practice will learn fun, new posture sequences and benefit from the accountability that comes with practicing in a group.

About Allison Joy

Allison Joy has always been interested in yoga and meditation. After several years of practice at studios in NYC and an unavoidable curiosity in the dharma, she completed her first teacher training focused on Vinyasa yoga and Shamatha meditation in 2015 and has been learning ever since. She advanced her studies with teachers worldwide. Her specific focus is on Ayurvedic Astrology, Core Strength, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sacred primary texts. She has extensively studied Tibetan Buddhism and learned from many master teachers of this tradition. Having completed several yoga teacher trainings, she began training teachers in various capacities in 2019, and has opened two yoga centers in NYC. She now focuses exclusively on online training and community-building.

The pinnacle of Allison Joy's studies came on retreat to South India to study ancient Ayurvedic Yoga with Sarah Tomlinson, with whom she has completed a year-long private apprenticeship and with whom she continues to study ongoing.
