About the retreat

Welcome to the "Living Beautifully" online retreat weekend with Karuna!

Each session will be an invitation to connect with your breath, recharge your battery, recommit to living beautifully, and connect with your intention.

Throughout the weekend, we will be leaning on Pema Chödrön’s book, “Living Beautifully with Uncertainty and Change,” and we will explore Three Commitments that can help us, “experience freedom of life without a storyline.”

The Three Commitments are: Cause No Harm, Care for One Another, and to Embrace The World Just As It Is.

These teachings are meant to open your heart and mind to the raw experience of the turbulent river of life and to learn how to both embrace and navigate this groundlessness. The invitation will be to let go of our habitual patterns to unveil what else is available to us.

Schedule:

Friday, 18 March: 6:00 - 8:30pm CT

Saturday, 19 March: 9:00am - Noon CT and 4:00 - 6:00pm CT, 7:00 - 9:00pm CT
